By commissioning CosFur Creations, you agree to the following terms:

Services

CosFur Creations provides custom-made fursuits, cosplay items, and related accessories. All products are made to order based on client specifications.

Payments

• All payments are processed via official invoices issued by CosFur Creations.
• Accepted payment methods include: PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and Wire Transfer
• Full payment or agreed partial payment must be made before production begins.
• Payment plans may be offered depending on the project.
• Work will not start until the required payment is received.
• Quoted prices may include shipping costs; however, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are NOT included and are the client’s responsibility.

No Refund Policy

• Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.
• Refunds are not available once production has started.
• If a cancellation is requested before work begins, a partial refund may be considered (processing/design fees may be deducted).

Production Time

• Estimated timelines are provided but are not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur due to complexity, material availability, or workload.
• Clients will be informed in case of significant delays.

Revisions & Changes

• Minor changes can be accommodated during early production stages.
• Major changes after production has started may incur additional charges or may not be possible.

Client Responsibility

• Clients must provide clear references and accurate measurements.
• CosFur Creations is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

Communication & Updates

• All project updates, progress reports, and important communication will be shared via email.
• Clients are expected to respond in a timely manner when approvals or clarifications are needed.
• Delayed responses may affect project timelines.

Usage Rights

• CosFur Creations reserves the right to use images/videos of completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.
• Clients may request anonymity if discussed beforehand.
